Proposed alteration to Union rules - life membership
On Monday August 13 2007, the Union filed an application with the Industrial Registrar of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission for approval of the alteration of a rule of the Union.

In summary, the application seeks to redefine the criteria by which the Union, through its National Council may grant honorary membership of the Union.
