Support Spotlight Workers in Queensland

There will be a protest outside Spotlight stores in Mt Gravatt and Everton Park this Saturday (July 15, 2006).
Please come along and support the workers who have had their wages and conditions slashed by the company, through the Howard Government's new Industrial Relations legislation.

9:30am to 11am
Customers will be asked to sign a petition asking the owners of Spotlight to withdraw the AWA's (individual contracts) that have been given to their employees which drastically reduce their wages and conditions.
It is time to send a message to companies like Spotlight to say that they cannot slash workers wages and conditions without any consequences.
