Your rights at night – worth listening to
Wednesday October 17, 2007
SA Unions has hit the airwaves with the first union radio program to be broadcast in South Australia.
Each week a dynamic team of presenters fill the one-hour program with information about the Your Rights at Work campaign, local Union campaigns and activities as well as other social issues.
The program aims to increase the community’s awareness about the new workplace laws and promote the Your Rights at Work Campaign.
Important features include first-hand accounts from workers and how they, or people they know, are being impacted by the laws in South Australia, stories about low-paid workers and information on issues concerning young people and women.
Your Rights at Night – Worth Listening To is on every Thursday from 6pm–7pm on Radio Adelaide 101.5 FM or you can listen on line at: www.myspace.com/rightsatnight
