What do I do if I have an issue or problem at my workplace?
If you are a union member, contact your NUW Delegate or NUW Organiser for assistance in raising this problem with management.
If you are not a union member and work in one of the industries that we cover, consider joining the NUW. Employers have specialist advisers like employer associations, lawyers, human resources personnel and accountants to advise them. If you are not in a union who do you have to represent you and to assist in solving your issue or problem? If you and your workmates join the NUW, collectively you have the strength as well as the expert assistance of the NUW on hand to negotiate issues with management.
