Where do I find information on my Award or Agreement?
For accurate information on the Award or Agreement that applies to you, check the Award Information link on this website (the link provides you with the website addresses for locating federal and state Awards and some Agreements) or call your local state branch of the NUW, if you work in one of the industries that we cover. Contact details for all NUW state branches can be found on the “Contacts” page of this website.
Many Awards and Agreements require the employer to have a copy of the Award or Agreement available in an accessible place at the worksite such as the lunch room. Ask your employer for a copy of any Award or Agreement that may apply to you. Alternatively, call your local state branch of the NUW, if you work in one of the industries that we cover.
If you are working under an AWA this will not be publicly available on a website and only your employer will be able to provide you with a copy.
