Workers at Lasslett - Wright Rubber in Victoria have all now joined the union, and they have pledged to stand together as part of our union campaign for Jobs you can count on.

A pledge to stand together for a job you can count on

On an NUW-organised worksite everyone has the right to be treated equally in all matters of employment, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender or whether someone is employed directly or through a labour-hire agency, because every worker counts.

We work in the same workplaces, in the same companies, and in the same industries – what matters is that we are NUW members, not the company name that is on our uniform. Regardless of who your employer is, we stand together because Unity is Strength.

NUW members refuse to be divided on the basis that employers call us permanents or casuals. We refuse to allow an employer to outsource our unity and our loyalty to each other. All NUW members can rely on the support of their fellow members because we are One Union.
