AMSRO companies in Australia

AMSRO - Association of Market and Social Research Organisations - are the main governing body for market research organisations throughout Australia and are linked to the NUW Collective Agreement for market research workers. Here you will find a list of all the AMSRO companies state-by-state, throughout Australia.

If the market research company you work for is not on this list, then you are most likely employed by a non-AMSRO company covered by the market research award - Roy Morgan is the only non-AMSRO listed company which has NUW members. You are still eligible to become a member of the NUW even if you are employed by a non-AMSRO company, as this union has coverage of all market research companies across Australia.

Working for a non-AMSRO company

Companies who are not part of AMSRO are not bound by the terms in the NUW Collective Agreement for Market Research workers. While some employers may choose to apply the wage rates in the NUW Agreement to ensure they can compete with AMSRO-affiliated companies, some may choose to employ their workers on inferior wages and conditions to those in the NUW Agreement.

If you work for one of these companies, your wages and conditions can be found in this Agreement.
Most employers in the Industry are bound by this Agreement.
