3% and a mars bar not good enough
Dulux workers at Welshpool WA, will not be bought with 3% and "something".
Negotiation continue at Dulux, with members demanding a 15% pay rise over three years and fortnightly RDOs on banked time.
The company has rejected RDOs on the fortnight and has offered a "3 – something" pay rise!
"3 and a mars bar" undermines the negotiation process and does not pay due respect to the workforce, which represents well over 50 years of experience.
Dulux workers have shown their collective power on site as the negotiations continue. Members wore Union stickers on site and then escalated their statement of disapproval with Union hats and posters.
Negotiations will resume next week.
