NUW members at Wattyl Paint prepare for agreement
Members at Wattyl Paint met today to discuss a log of claims in relation to a new agreement.
NUW members at Wattyl Paints in SA met today to discuss their job concerns and to endorse a log of claims for a new agreement to operate from February 2010.
Concerns raised by members were the way in which the company used casuals - regarding low pay rates, and concerns they faced regarding job security.
Negotiations for the new agreement are scheduled to commence Thursday 17 December and will progress into the New Year.
