NUW supports Golden Circle member
NUW member holds Golden Circle to account to receive a fair deal and the back pay he is owed

NUW member Brett Spall works in the warehouse at Golden Circle. He is currently pursuing three years of back pay.
The company has rejected his claim. Golden Circle management say they have reclassified him appropriately and any alleged arrangements that were made to include back pay with past management cannot be substantiated.
On behalf of Brett Spall and NUW delegate Ian Mcphee the Union will do it's best to ensure Brett gets a fair go with his claim.
