Sacked Herron Workers Case to proceed
Members at the Federal Magistrates Court
NUW members unfairly dismissed from Herron after taking protected industrial action earlier this year had a directions hearing on Wednesday at the Federal Magistrates Court in Brisbane.
Members were present at the directions hearing which will now proceed to a trial at the Federal Magistrates Court on 29 November in Brisbane.
Herron Organiser Duncan Pegg said members were passionate in continuing to fight for the cause of their unfair dismissal and were awaiting to hear details of when the final redundancies will take place
