Pay increases for Symbion members under new EBA.
Members at Symbion Pharmacy Services in SA will receive two wage increses, with full time employees to get a lump sum payment of up to $500 as part of a new enterprise agreement.
Members employed at Symbion Pharmacy Services in Underdale South Australia voted yesterday (28 January 2010) to approve the terms of a new enterprise agreement.
After strike action in December last year, further negotiations occurred with management, resulting in a two-year agreement operating until 31 December 2011. In addition to two wage increases of 3.25% each, members will receive a lump sum payment of up to $500 for full time employees.
The Union will liaise with management over the next few weeks to formalise the drafting of the agreement for formal and final approval and then for lodging with Fair Work Australia.
