Gary Stutz is the Support Officer for NUW Health & Safety Representatives. His NUW position is part of the HSR Support Program funded by WorkSafe Victoria.
Gary can give you advice on how to resolve various workplace OHS issues and help you with the following:
- Establishing your Designated Work Groups (DWG)
- Electing HSRs (OHS Reps)
- Choosing and attending NUW (WorkSafe approved) training courses
- Explaining your OHS rights
- Increasing your knowledge of workplace health and safety
- Finding solutions on fixing OHS problems in your workplace
- Improving your OHS Committee
Elected HSRs also have the right to invite Gary to attend their workplace to help with any of the above issues or other OHS related matters.
