Queensland Flood – Workplace Information

Here is a list of workplaces within possibly affected by floods in Queensland. We will be updating the situation at these workplaces as information comes into our union.

All updates from Union obviously need to indicate that this flood is a moving beast and circumstance may change. Members should contact their workplaces and supervisors to check that information provided is correct and up to date.

Members have been sent letter by company stating that all Queensland Staff who work at the BDC will be contacted and advised about the process for checking ongoing working arrangements.

Company has set up website and social media avenues will be established for staff to check for work updates on an ongoing basis.

Currently, all API and Priceline staff will continue to be paid at normal rates. This includes permanent full time, permanent part time, and regular rostered casual employees who have been working regular scheduled hours over the past three months.

Counselling service set up for workers of API - with Davidson Trahaire Corpsych (DTC).  The contact number is 1300 360 364.  It is for employees AND their family members at no cost to themselves.
