Protecting Workers' Entitlement Package
The Federal Labor Government has announced the introduction of the Protecting Workers Entitlement Package which is the strongest protection of employee entitlements Australian workers are yet to receive. This package is important for working Australians as it seeks to give them fair rights in situations such as workplace redundancies.
The package is split into three parts aiming to protect workers entitlements.
