Enrolling on a course
To enrol, download the enrolment form on the right, fill it in & ask your employer to sign the bottom section. Send it to the NUW Training Dept by either:

- Postal: PO Box 343, North Melbourne Vic 3051

After the Union has received your training course enrolment, you and your employer will receive a confirmation letter detailing the course dates, times, venue, etc.
Where courses are held:
Most Victorian courses are held between 9am - 5pm at the union’s main office in Docklands (833 Bourke St, Docklands).
We may also run courses in Dandenong and regional areas as the need arises.
Travelling to Docklands
It's advisable you travel by public transport as parking restrictions apply and you may receive a fine.
If you wish to come by train, Southern Cross railway station is a short walk from the NUW. Tram route numbers 48 & 31 also travel along Collins Street and terminate at Merchant Street Docklands.
Health and Safety Rep Rights
Under the Victorian OHS Act 2004, elected OHS Reps and deputies have the right to attend any WorkSafe Vic approved 5 day Initial OHS course or an OHS Refresher at least once per year. We recommend that all our OHS Reps attend the Union's WorkSafe Vic approved Initial OHS and OHS Refresher courses.
