This course is designed to assist delegates in providing a basic knowledge and understanding of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and the Workplace Relations Act in order to assist them to better be able to represent their members and their union

Course Content:
- An understanding and knowledge of the award system
- An understanding of the importance of enterprise agreements in the workplace including how to develop a log of claims
- An understanding of the Workplace Relations Act and its purpose
