New study finds shoppers happy to pay more if workers paid fairly

Study commissioned by Fair Work Commission finds consumers favour ethical product

 

Findings of a recent study published on November 15 2018 have debunked the idea that the majority of consumers prioritise low cost first when buying household goods. 

In fact, most would pay marginally more if they could be sure that workers involved in production, like farm workers, recieve fair pay and conditions and are not subjected to exploitation.
