Global Unions representing ICTS and call centre workers stand up for human rights in industry
Teleperformance is the largest contact centre company in the world, employing over 280'000 workers.
Their operation as a major employer in 76 different countries means that they should embrace a companywide approach to due dilligence when it comes to compliance with human rights.
They have refused to sign a global agreement with 'UNI Global Union'. Now unions across the globe are joining to ensure that Teleperformance comply with standards so that all workers are treated with dignity and justice.
The NUW have supported the declaration below, and are committed to standing up for the rights of call centre workers.
